In the early days of Google Shopping Ads—those image-based carousel ads displayed prominently at the top of search results—the platform and its supporting ecosystem were notoriously clunky.
The client’s previous agency had allocated a significant portion of the budget to these ads without the necessary expertise. By the time it became clear how unprofitable this approach was (hidden initially by the law of averages, as other ad placements delivered results), the damage was done, and the agency was let go.

This bold approach paid off. During the e-commerce hypergrowth of the COVID lockdown period, the client surged to become—and remains—the #1 business in their niche.
Since then, Digital Goliath has also taken over their Facebook and Instagram advertising (after another agency’s failed attempts) and secured their position as the #1 business on the Bing Ads platform as well.

Over the past five years, the client’s store has grown significantly, with the online advertising channel playing a key role in their ongoing success. Google Shopping Ads remain a mainstay of their revenue generation, consistently delivering strong results year after year.
