The client is a fast-growing, young brand in the automotive aftermarket space, specialising in premium performance accessories.

Their products are known for durability and functionality, catering to a passionate community of adventurers. With a foundation and steady fan base growth, the brand was now looking for a way to scale aggressively.

The Challenge

The business was growing, but the founder hit a point where he knew his ads were underperforming relative to their potential. Sales were steady, but the ad efforts felt like they had peaked.

While he could focus on other areas of the business, he knew leaving ads to run on auto-pilot wasn’t an option.

He needed local e-Commerce ad experts who could take what was already working and make it better, without the trial-and-error that often eats up time and budgets.

What We Did

We started by applying our proven methodology to identify and eliminate waste in the ad spend. The goal was simple: shift money from low-performing areas to the high-impact campaigns and products that were underutilised. With over 700 product listings, we couldn’t leave it to the algorithm to figure out what to show—it was crucial that we manually maneuvered resources to make sure the right products were getting the attention they deserved.

We worked quickly to implement server-side tracking, making sure the system was set up correctly without relying on untested tools. This kind of technical precision, paired with our local expertise, ensured we could track everything accurately and optimise performance from day one.

Once the Google Ads account was under control, we didn’t stop there. Recognising the untapped potential, we immediately introduced Bing Ads—a completely different platform—yielding similar ROAS, despite Bing’s smaller reach compared to Google.

The biggest shift came with Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram). Given the business’s visual nature and strong content creation capabilities, we saw an opportunity to bring the brand to life through videos. Despite some hesitation from the client, we pushed forward with this move, knowing that the rewards could far outweigh the risks.

Finally, we synchronised all these efforts around upcoming promotions and deals, ensuring the campaigns weren’t just running in isolation. By coordinating everything seamlessly, we maximised impact without overloading the system. It might sound like a lot, but the system we put in place made it smooth and manageable, with constant communication keeping everything on track.

The Result

From November 2024 to October 2025, the business saw remarkable growth. Year-over-year purchase revenue increased by 258%, with exceptional ROAS across all platforms:

Google Ads: 17.85x return on ad spend

Meta Ads: 32.87x return on ad spend

Bing Ads: 17.75x return on ad spend, despite being a new channel

These numbers highlight significant success, but they are just the beginning. With the systems now running efficiently, we’ve built a solid foundation for ongoing growth. The potential is enormous, especially with an app in development that will unlock new customer touchpoints and expand reach even further.
